Awesome game day snack and a lot healthier than fried potatoes! And totally simple.
Baked Panko Russet Parmesan Garlic Fries
3 Russet potatoes
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan, grated
Garlic salt
Fresh ground pepper
Chopped Italian parsley (garnish)
1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
2.Clean potatoes and peel skin. Slice each potato into 1/4" pieces (the original recipe called for a crimped knife).
3. Place the potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and stir to evenly coat. Add panko, parmesan, garlic salt, and pepper. Stir again. Evenly place the potatoes on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 18-25 minutes (or until cheese and panko are golden brown).
5. Garnish with parsley and serve.
